FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
We’re happy to provide free shipping on all orders. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email which works as a receipt for your purchase. This order confirmation includes your personal order number.
We start processing orders the business day following the order date (sometimes the same day). Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will start processing the next business day. Customer Service will reach out via email if any item(s) are unavailable.
Orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days after the order date (some circumstances may increase this processing time—during any sales or holidays, the processing time may be pushed to 6-7 business days).
After your order is processed and has been shipped, you’ll receive an email that includes a tracking number, allowing you to track your order.
You can also track your order from the ‘Track My Order’ page on the website.
For some orders, the tracking information will be displayed within 5-7 days after your order has shipped.
Note: Remember to check your spam folder or junk mail if you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox.
Orders that consist of more than one product may come from different warehouses; therefore, they’ll be delivered separately.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Processing
Processing starts within 24 hours of the order date and ships within 3 – 5 Business Days (the processing time may be pushed to 6-7 business days during sales).
Shipping
Packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited staff and transportation availability in some areas as a result of ongoing staff shortages.

Orders that have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
Products on sale cannot be refunded.
During any sales, the processing time may be pushed to 6-7 business days.
These times are estimates only and do not account for postal delays, inclement weather issues, and/or holidays.
Casual Cove will not be held responsible for any postal/courier delays or errors, lost packages, or stolen items at the delivery address (as these issues are out of our control), an incorrectly entered address, or customer address changes after an order was processed and/or shipped.Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
