Return Policy

Returns can be made within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

All Casual Cove items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and folded in their original bag. Any returned item that has signs of wear and tear will be declined. Please contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to return your item(s).

Returned items should be sent via USPS. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 15 days. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Casual Cove‘s return policy will be declined, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense, or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.

Once your return has been received, please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing, we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of the original payment; please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. We do not refund shipping charges.

On the rare occasion that you should receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days after receiving your item and provide us with the information below:

  • Order number
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Photos of the issue

Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue a replacement.

All sales are final for items in the Clearance Section. Clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
